Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the gz99 platform, accessible at gz99.bet and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces. gz99 is an online casino and sports betting platform designed to serve players in Bangladesh and across South Asia. The platform accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as Indian Rupee (INR) deposits for cross-border South Asia players.

By creating an account, accessing the platform, placing any bet, participating in any casino game, or making any deposit or withdrawal through gz99, you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including any policies referenced herein such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual bonus promotional terms.

These Terms are published in English and English shall be the governing language in the event of any dispute regarding interpretation. gz99 may provide Bengali-language customer support for convenience, but the English text of these Terms shall prevail over any informal translations or paraphrased explanations provided via support channels.

gz99 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond publication of the updated Terms on this page. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the most recent revision. It is the Player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of gz99 following any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between gz99 and the Player. The Player accesses gz99 as an independent individual user.

2.1 Age Requirement

gz99 is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, access the platform, place bets, play casino games, or conduct any financial transaction with gz99. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. gz99 will verify your age as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process and may request official government-issued identification documents such as a National Identity Card (NID) or passport.

If gz99 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a Player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player may be withheld pending investigation and will not be returned until gz99 is satisfied with the resolution of the matter in accordance with applicable requirements.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

gz99 is designed for players located in Bangladesh and South Asia. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using gz99 does not violate any laws or regulations applicable in their specific jurisdiction. gz99 makes no representation that use of the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. It is solely the Player's responsibility to determine whether participation is permitted under the laws of their location.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account at gz99. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method, or through any other mechanism — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances. 2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identification, your date of birth, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving OTP verification. Providing false registration information is grounds for account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

2.5 KYC Verification

gz99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. Verification may be required before processing withdrawals above ৳5,000, before activating certain bonus offers, or when gz99's fraud detection systems flag an account for review. Accepted documents include Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, and driving licence. Proof of payment method ownership may also be requested for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay accounts used for deposits or withdrawals.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your gz99 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) associated with your account. gz99 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, telephone, or any other communication channel. Any request for your password from a party claiming to represent gz99 should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

All activity that occurs on your gz99 account — including bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised the activity. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact gz99 support immediately and change your password. gz99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the Player failed to take reasonable precautions to secure their credentials.

You agree not to share your account with any other person, including family members. Shared account use is prohibited and may result in suspension of the account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals or bonus balances. gz99 accounts are personal, non-transferable, and may not be sold, assigned, or gifted to another individual.

gz99 employs SSL 256-bit encryption across all sessions and transactions. Session tokens expire automatically upon browser close. Players are advised to avoid accessing their gz99 account from public or shared devices, unsecured Wi-Fi networks, or devices running unverified applications.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

gz99 accepts deposits in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay mobile financial services, as well as bank transfers from Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank for larger transactions. INR deposits via IMPS and UPI are available for eligible South Asia players. Visa and Mastercard international card payments may be available subject to the Player's card issuer approvals. gz99 charges no platform-side fee on BDT mobile money deposits.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum BDT deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum daily withdrawal limits may apply based on account verification status, payment method, and promotional conditions. Limits will be communicated within the account payment section. gz99 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time and to apply enhanced due diligence checks for high-value transactions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are processed within 30 minutes of approval for fully KYC-verified accounts during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. gz99 may request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed if the associated account has active bonus wagering requirements that have not been met.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

Players who deposit in BDT will hold a BDT wallet balance. Players who deposit in INR will hold a separate INR wallet balance. gz99 does not automatically convert between currencies. Any currency conversion required for cross-wallet transactions will be applied at a rate determined by gz99 at the time of conversion. gz99 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or bank-side currency conversion charges applied by the Player's financial institution.

4.5 Prohibited Deposits

Players must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — where the sending bKash, Nagad, or bank account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit identified as third-party in origin will be reversed or held pending investigation. Deposits suspected to be of criminal origin will be reported to the relevant authorities.

gz99 offers a range of promotional bonuses to registered players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-specific seasonal promotions tied to the BPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC fixtures. All bonus offers are subject to their individual promotional terms, which are published alongside each offer and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

gz99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, shared, or used in combination with offers from other accounts. Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to matched betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming activity — may result in bonus forfeiture and account suspension.

Players may only withdraw bonus funds once the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Minimum odds restrictions may apply to sports betting wagering that contributes to bonus rollover requirements; these will be specified in the individual offer terms. Casino game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type and provider; slots typically contribute 100% while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage as specified per offer.

gz99 does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any given time. Promotional offers may be withdrawn, altered, or replaced without notice. Registered players will be notified of significant promotional changes via their account communication preferences where practicable.

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets placed on gz99 are subject to acceptance by gz99. gz99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet exceeds account or market limits, where gz99 suspects irregular betting activity, or where a technical error has resulted in the display of incorrect odds. Bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a pricing error will be voided and stakes returned.

6.2 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting at gz99 covers BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI World Cup, Asia Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures. Bet settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, BCCI, ICC, or equivalent). In-play markets are subject to delay and may be suspended at any time. gz99 accepts no liability for bets placed during a market suspension window. Minimum cricket bet is ৳50.

6.3 Casino and Live Casino Games

All casino games on gz99 — including slots from Pragmatic Play and NetEnt, live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and crash games from Spribe — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer infrastructure. Game outcomes are not influenced by gz99. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a game round, the round outcome will be determined by the game server record, which is final. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before participating in real-money sessions.

6.4 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum win limits may apply per game, per session, or per day, as specified within individual game information pages. gz99 reserves the right to cap single-session winnings and to void any wins that arise from confirmed technical malfunctions or exploitable errors in game software. Where a maximum win limit applies, amounts exceeding the cap will not be credited or paid out regardless of the displayed in-game result.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gz99 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the gz99 platform under any name or identity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profits
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or bonus abuse designed to extract promotional value without genuine gaming activity
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Attempting to access gz99's systems, servers, or databases without authorisation
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or geo-spoofing tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or mask account activity
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing gz99 staff or other platform users via any communication channel
• Allowing or facilitating access to your gz99 account by any person under 18 years of age

gz99 employs fraud detection systems that monitor account activity, deposit patterns, betting behaviour, and device fingerprints. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to enhanced review, temporary holds on withdrawals, and requests for additional identity documentation before funds are released.

gz99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe; account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months; or a request by the Player themselves via the self-exclusion or voluntary account closure process.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to Player misconduct — such as a business decision to exit a specific market — gz99 will provide reasonable notice and facilitate the return of verified, unencumbered funds.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their gz99 account should contact [email protected] with their registered account email and a written request for closure. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds at the time of closure will result in those bonus balances being forfeited; real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following standard KYC verification.

Self-exclusion is a separate process from voluntary account closure and is governed by gz99's Responsible Gaming Policy. gz99 is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings, expected returns, or unrealised profits arising from account suspension or closure, whether initiated by gz99 or the Player.
